 With today’s ever changing Residential Construction market, both Dave Baskam and Matthew Sotera have decided
to focus on their own individual strengths and expertise, resulting in the formation of two separate companies.

 
Over the past decade, through BSC, they’ve formed long and lasting relationships with their clients,
relationships that are still going strong today. As always, you can expect the same level of hands on
attention to detail that you have become accustomed to.
